  • Maximum assignment 18 months. The count starts again only after a break of more than 3 months.

    Workers employed by us work in your plant, for peak periods or long-term cover.

  • Permanent placement

    After an assignment you can hire the worker directly. By then you know how they work.

    A coordinator on site organises the team's shifts, housing and transport.

Process

From enquiry to first shift

  1. Agree the requirement

    In one call we agree headcount, qualification, shift pattern and start date.

  2. Receive profiles

    The first candidate profiles arrive within 48 hours of the order.

  3. Start the assignment

    Workers are ready within 10 working days, with the A1 certificate, verified qualifications and housing in place.

  4. Support during the assignment

    A coordinator looks after the team. If someone is absent, a replacement arrives within 24 hours.
