Assumptions and limits (4 points)
- Standard monthly hours per person: 173.33
- Base: day shift, no shift supplement
- Without collective-agreement membership, equal pay applies from the first day (§ 8 (1) AÜG).
- Maximum assignment 18 months. The count starts again only after a break of more than 3 months.

Process
From enquiry to first shift

Agree the requirement
In one call we agree headcount, qualification, shift pattern and start date.

Receive profiles
The first candidate profiles arrive within 48 hours of the order.

Start the assignment
Workers are ready within 10 working days, with the A1 certificate, verified qualifications and housing in place.

Support during the assignment
A coordinator looks after the team. If someone is absent, a replacement arrives within 24 hours.
