Each register entry links to the issuing authority's own record.
What German law requires
- A valid permit to lease workers into Germany.
- German labour law applies in full at the place of work. Posting from Poland does not change that.
- An A1 certificate confirms social-security cover before a worker's first shift.
- Every assignment reported to German customs (Zoll) before it starts.
- Equal pay with your own staff from the first day of the assignment.
- A maximum assignment length, counted per worker across all hirers.
Who does what
What we do
- Secure the A1 before day one.
- Calculate equal pay for each assignment.
- Track the assignment period of every worker across all clients.
- Notify German customs before every assignment starts.
What you do
- Track the same period on your side, including workers from other agencies.
- Sign the leasing contract in text form.
- Share pay data for comparable staff so we can match it.

Collective agreement
We are not currently bound by a collective agreement. Equal pay under § 8 Abs. 1 AÜG applies from the first day.
