Order picking at an e-commerce distribution centre near Dortmund. Two-shift operation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00): scanner-based picking, packing, occasional Sunday stock-takes. No German is required. The crew is Polish and the on-site supervisor speaks Polish. Coach travel from Wrocław and Opole is paid by us. Start 5 October, seasonal contract to the end of March 2027. We arrange the A1 certificate and the § 17b AÜG customs notification.

Pay

Gross hourly rate: €15.33 Hourly rate from the German tariff table for temporary work.
Tariff group: EG1
Estimated net per month: about €1,630 / month Estimate for 40 hours a week after tax, contributions and housing. Your payslip shows the exact amount.

Premiums

Night work: +25% An addition to the hourly rate for hours worked at night.
Sunday work: +50% An addition to the hourly rate for hours worked on a Sunday.
Public holiday work: +100% An addition to the hourly rate for hours worked on a public holiday.
